Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TaskPilot application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaskPilot is a task management application designed for teams and organizations. It provides features including task creation, assignment, tracking, voice notes, media attachments, timelines, remarks, and AI-powered insights.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

TaskPilot offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 staff members, 100 tasks, and 30 voice minutes
• Paid Plans: Per-seat tiered pricing with monthly and yearly options, offering unlimited tasks and voice minutes
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskPilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the App.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the tasks, voice recordings, media files, and other content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Organization Management

• Organization administrators (Senior Supervisors) are responsible for managing team members and access
• Task data is shared within the organization as configured by administrators
• Removal of a staff member from an organization does not automatically delete their historical task data

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
